This Privacy Policy explains how Local Upscale (the “App”) handles information.
Local Upscale is designed to work entirely on your device. The App does not require an account, and it does not run a backend server for processing your photos.
We do not collect, store, or sell personal information.
In particular:
When you select a photo to upscale, the photo is processed locally on your device.
If you choose to export, save, share, or otherwise send an upscaled image using iOS features (for example, the Share Sheet), that action is handled by Apple and/or the third-party app or service you select. Their privacy practices apply to any data you share with them.
Local Upscale is a paid app. Payments and refunds are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment card details.
The App may request access to your Photos library so you can choose images to upscale and save results. This access is used only to perform the actions you request within the App.
We do not collect data from you, so we do not retain personal data on our servers.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If we change this Privacy Policy, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
